2. Get Inspired!

Before you begin your journey to a sexy new you, take a step back and really think about why you want this and how good it will feel to have a toned, tight bod with those rock hard abs, tight firm arms, and killer thighs.

Regardless of whether this is for the first time or you’re trying to get back to the way you used to be, visualization is of the utmost importance.

3. See yourself the way you want to look.

Read and learn all you can about visualization techniques and practice them daily.

If it helps, go through pictures on my motivational images or search online and print them up.

Post them up on the refrigerator, the wall, your computer. Even hang them in the bathroom.

Do whatever you have to in order to stay on track. See it in your “mind’s eye.” See your success and then make it happen!
