- ¼ cup chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp. raw oats
- ¼ cup egg whites
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. Stevia (more or less to taste)
Combine together protein powder, ½ banana, raw oats, egg whites, cocoa powder, and stevia.
Some have found that if they grind up the oats to a fine powder the consistency of the end product is silky smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, wiping with oil or butter (I recommend Pam spray if dieting) if desired.
Obviously not required if using a non-stick skillet pan.
Pour into the skillet and cook as you would a standard pancake, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with second half of the banana and some sugar-free maple syrup if desired.

*This recipe is perfect for our standard vegetarian and pescatarian menus. Vegans may replace the egg whites with Vegg (or another egg alternative).
