Really? Fireball?..LOL.  Fireball lovers need to get a hobby.. I’m sorry.

There are millions of drinks out there but cinnamon whisky sure ain’t one of them.

Sort of an oxymoron of terms.. Don’t ruin a good whisky by adding cinnamon.

You wouldn’t sprinkle red pepper flakes on a banana split sundae. Yuck.

Most “dieters” think they can go clubbing all weekend drink till they pass out and then wonder why they don’t get results when they are in the gym, doing cardio and “eating right”

I don’t know what “eating right” means to them but for most people its starving yourself till you end up binging on things that are bad for you all night.

NOT a good plan or one I recommend anyone follow – not healthy and will never get you that bikini body.

“But Olesya… what do I do if I want to drink?”

You can drink, heck Lord knows I enjoy a good bottle of wine now and then and most definitely a good martini. But best thing to do is limit to one time a week where you can party your butt off.

Limit it to “free meal” time where like my clients know it won’t destroy everything you worked so hard for all week.

If you do drink a lot just know that alcohol helps releases estrogen into your bloodstream, promotes fat storage, and decreases muscle growth. As soon as you have a drink, your body eats up all the glycogen (stored glucose) in your liver, makes you hungry, and reduces your inhibitions, so you’re more likely to grab that chicken wing or stuffed potato skin at happy hour.

Plus, those favorite drinks contain many more calories than most people think

I advise everyone choose red wine, which actually has health benefits.

Or choose or a drink with clear alcohol and no sugary mixers, such as a vodka and club soda or a tequila on the rocks with lime.

Better yet, just limit your drinking to whatever you want but once a week during  a two hour “Free Meal” time which my clients follow. Eat as much as you want, drink as much as you want and still lose weight.
