No-Bake Chocolate Berry Low Carb Muffin

Our in-house chef is back with another no-bake, low carb dessert idea that’s sure to please!

Ingredients

1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar-free chocolate sauce
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1.5 packet Splenda, or its equivalent in Stevia

Directions

Blend all ingredients to combine. Pour batter into a cup, and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Top with a bit of cream and some cocoa if you’d like, and enjoy!
